    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated and skilled paralegal to join our growing legal team. This role is central to supporting our plaintiff litigation practice, focusing on Personal injury and Insurance Bad Faith cases.     Responsibilities:

    • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and ensure exceptional service.

    • Draft legal documents, including pleadings and discovery requests, with precision and attention to detail.

    • File and serve court documents in compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.

    • Assist attorneys in responding to discovery requests to support case preparation.

    • Coordinate and manage case calendars, deadlines, and appointments to ensure smooth operations.

    • Request, organize, and track medical records, while handling subrogation issues as needed.

    • Maintain well-organized and accessible case files to support attorneys and clients.

    • Utilize case management software and tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

    Requirements

    • 5+ YOE as a Litigation Paralegal, particularly in personal injury or insurance bad faith cases.

    • Trial experience preferred
