Description We are looking for an experienced Digital Strategist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Bloomington, Minnesota. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative digital strategies that drive business growth and engage target audiences. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital marketing across both corporate and agency settings.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive digital strategies tailored to meet business objectives.

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including paid search and display ads, to maximize ROI.

• Oversee the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns to enhance audience engagement.

• Develop and maintain digital best practices to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital initiatives with overall marketing goals.

• Analyze performance metrics to assess the success of digital campaigns and recommend improvements.

• Ensure the corporate website remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.

• Identify and implement innovative digital solutions to stay ahead of industry trends.

• Provide strategic guidance on the adoption and integration of digital platforms. Requirements • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.

• Strong knowledge of paid advertising, including paid search and display campaigns.

• Expertise in managing email marketing campaigns and optimizing their performance.

• Familiarity with maintaining and enhancing corporate websites as part of broader marketing efforts.

• Ability to apply digital best practices to ensure successful outcomes across various platforms.

• Experience working in both corporate and agency environments is preferred.

• Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
