Senior Manager of Accounting/Accounting Manager
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead critical aspects of our client's accounting operations and support strategic financial planning. This hybrid position is ideal for someone with a strong accounting background who excels in both analytical and operational roles.
Compensation: $110-160K
Responsibilities
• Develop and analyze financial models and scenarios to guide strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
• Prepare and present detailed monthly management reports, including key performance indicators and variance analyses, to senior leadership.
• Oversee accounting operations such as general ledger management, journal entries, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements and internal reporting documents.
• Lead initiatives to automate financial reporting and optimize budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze pricing, margins, and operational performance to identify growth opportunities and trends.
Requirements
• Proficiency with any ERP system.
• Strong knowledge of core accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance.
• Proven ability to develop and present financial models and strategic analyses.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
