    Robert Half is seeking a proactive Material Coordinator to join the John Deere Dubuque Works team. In this role, you’ll help keep production moving by ensuring materials are where they need to be, when they need to be there. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy problem-solving and collaborating with others, this could be a great fit for you!

    What You’ll Do:

    + Coordinate with production departments to procure, expedite, produce, and deliver materials on time.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve gaps in material availability.

    + Support production operators in finding and resolving material shortages to avoid downtime.

    + Audit material flow, maintain accuracy, and resolve inventory errors.

    + Work critical shortage reports and expedite parts as needed.

    + Implement engineering releases and manage change control processes.

    + Handle deviation management and necessary adjustments to keep production running smoothly.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Background in supply management or manufacturing.

    + Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

    + Strong analytical skills to make sound business decisions.

    + Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a team environment.

    What Will Make You Stand Out:

    + 2+ years of supply management or manufacturing experience.

    + Familiarity with material flow processes.

    + Proficiency in SAP and data analytics tools.

    + Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

    Education & Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Management, Business Management, Information Technology, or an Engineering discipline preferred — or 2–3 years of equivalent, relevant work experience.
