Adecco is currently assisting a well-known National Pharmaceutical client, recruiting for a **Remote Credential Coordinator** . This position with focus on ensuring timely and compliant credentialing for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Physicians in alignment with Joint Commission, NCQA and URAC standards.
**Schedule** : M-F 8AM-4:30PM
The anticipated wage for this position is between $15.48 and $16.37. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
Key Responsibilities
• Process initial and re-credentialing applications for NPs, PAs, and MDs
• Monitor expired licenses, certifications, and compliance tasks
• Update internal systems and distribute weekly reports to leadership
• Manage Epic access for non-compliant providers
• Conduct sanctions check and report adverse findings to leadership
• Process malpractice verification and submit system access requests
• Maintain SharePoint sites and credentialing grids
• Track provider and clinic changes and process name updates
• Support payer enrollment and audit processes
• Maintain accurate provider files and documentation
• Recommend process and system improvements
• Attend team meetings and demonstrate a proactive, positive attitude
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of healthcare industry experience with focus on credentialing
• Strong understanding of credentialing and compliance standards
• Familiarity with Joint Commission, NCQA, and URAC standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred:
• NAMSS CPCS Certification
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field

**Pay Details:** $15.48 to $16.37 per hour
