• Retail Sales Support

    Our client, a leader in luxury fine jewelry known for exceptional craftsmanship and client experience is seeking an **Sales Support** to help ensure seamless behind-the-scenes operations and uphold our commitment to impeccable service.

     

    + This role is part time, on-site for 24 hours a week

    + During the week, 1st shift hours, Monday-Friday

    + 3 months for now with possibility of extension

    + Must be commutable and to be on-site in Costa Mesa, CA

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support showroom team by providing coverage during lunch and restroom breaks

    + Professionally answer and direct incoming phone calls

    + Assist with shipping and receiving, including careful packaging of high-value pieces

    + Maintain showroom standards through regular breakdown of boxes and mall waste disposal

    + Provide warm and attentive hospitality, including beverage service for clients

    + Contribute to smooth daily operations and upkeep of all back-of-house areas

    Ideal Candidate:

    + Has a polished, professional demeanor and takes pride in delivering five-star service

    + Is detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong sense of discretion

    + Communicates clearly and confidently, both in-person and by phone

    + Feels comfortable handling delicate, high-value items with care

    + Works well in a fast-paced luxury retail or showroom environment

    + Previous experience in fine jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail is preferred, but not required

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
