Shift Details & Requirements:
+ **Schedule:** Thursday - Monday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
+ **Assignment Type:** Onsite
+ **Pay Rate:** $ 17.00/hour
What You'll Do Every Day:
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring efficiency and safety. Your responsibilities will include:
+ **Shipping & Receiving:** Assist with unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing orders for processing.
+ **Order Fulfillment:** Read and interpret various orders (customer, work, shipping requisitions) to accurately move, gather, and prepare items for distribution or shipment.
+ **Safety & Organization:** Ensure the warehouse remains accessible and safe for all employees and customer traffic, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
+ **Inventory Management:** Participate in inventory counts and assemble products as needed.
+ **Driver Coordination:** Conduct check calls with drivers to confirm on-time deliveries and validate all load data for accounting purposes.
+ **Delivery Monitoring:** Track daily pick-ups and deliveries, verifying that all loads arrive on time and in good condition.
+ **Physical Tasks:** Capable of loading and unloading trucks, and consistently lifting, pushing, or pulling at least 75 pounds.
What You'll Bring to the Team:

+ **Basic Communication Skills:** Clear written and verbal communication to interact effectively with team members and drivers.
+ **Computer Savvy:** Fundamental computer skills for data entry and system navigation.
+ **Attention to Detail:** The ability to accurately read orders, match documents, and verify load data.
+ **Problem-Solving:** Strong critical thinking skills to interpret and execute instructions.
+ **Team Player Mentality:** A willingness to collaborate in a supportive team environment.
+ **Physical Stamina:** The capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and repetitive movements.
+ **Safety Mindset:** A commitment to working safely and following all protocols.
It'd be great if you also have:
+ Prior dock or **warehouse experience** in the **transportation industry** .
+ Experience loading and unloading trailers.
+ Experience using **handheld scanners** .

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per week
