Position Details:
+ **Job Type:** Full-time, Onsite
+ **Shift:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
+ **Pay Rate:** $ 19.50/hour
What You'll Do Every Day:
As a Warehouse Inventory Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our warehouse operations, blending physical work with critical data management. Your key responsibilities will include:
+ **Inventory Control & Accuracy:**
+ Conduct regular physical inventory counts (cycle counts, full inventories) and meticulously reconcile them with system records.
+ Investigate and resolve all discrepancies, identifying root causes for overages, shortages, and damages.
+ Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, proactively communicating with purchasing and sales teams.
+ Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage, loss, and waste, including managing inventory aging and coordinating proper rotation or disposal of obsolete items.
+ Accurately track and document all inventory changes, including incoming/outgoing goods, transfers, and adjustments.
+ **Receiving & Shipping Support:**
+ Assist with incoming shipments, verifying quantities, inspecting for damage, and ensuring accurate documentation.
+ Process and record all incoming inventory into our warehouse management system (WMS) or other relevant software.
+ Support the efficient pulling, staging, and processing of outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
+ Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
+ **Data Management & Reporting:**
+ Maintain precise and current inventory records using our inventory management software, ERP systems, and spreadsheets.
+ Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, stock movement, slow-moving items, and other key metrics.
+ Provide valuable insights and recommendations to management for inventory optimization and process improvements.
+ Organize and file daily purchase orders and all relevant documentation.
+ **Warehouse Operations:**
+ Ensure impeccable housekeeping and organization within assigned inventory areas.
+ Assist in optimizing warehouse space usage for maximum storage efficiency.
+ Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
+ Collaborate seamlessly with other warehouse staff, purchasing, and logistics teams.
+ Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
What You'll Need to Excel:
+ **Education:** High school diploma or GED equivalent required. An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
+ **Skills:**
+ **Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities** with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
+ **Excellent organizational and time-management skills** , with the proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
+ **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a must.
+ **Effective communication skills** (verbal and written) and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ **Ability to operate material handling equipment** (e.g., forklift) with valid certification, or the ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
+ Knowledge of **inventory control best practices and procedures** (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, cycle counting).
+ Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment** .
+ High level of **integrity** and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records.
+ **Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to **50 pounds regularly** , and occasionally up to **75 pounds** .
+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and climb for extended periods.
+ Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

**Pay Details:** $19.50 per week
