The Account Manager, Aftermarket will be based in Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi and is accountable for generating profitable aftermarket sales revenue for Ingersoll Rand Vietnam. This includes managing existing installed bases, recapturing drifted clients, and capturing new clients through an excellent compressed air aftersales experience.
Responsibilities
+ Drive and grow aftermarket business, by achieving order target, revenue and margin target that is aligned with companys objectives.
+ Establish, deploy, and execute plans and strategies to grow aftermarket market share, installed base coverage, and achieve customer satisfaction.
+ Co-ordinate with vendors/subcontractors on field jobs and project/sales on Testing & Commissioning jobs.
+ Follow up CQ Quotation/PO with customers (technical clarification).
+ Follow up in a timely manner to close service jobs.
+ Provide timely monthly/quarterly business reports regarding aftermarket performance.
+ Any other roles and responsibilities as and when assigned.
Basic Qualifications
+ Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
+ Aftermarket sales experience with industrial products such as Air Compressors, Dryers or other similar equipment is preferred.
+ With Driving license & own vehicle.
+ Fluent in English.
