Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
+ Develop and strengthen Trijicon Accounts
+ Identify, qualify, and manage new leads and opportunities
+ Setup visits with the account to discuss opportunities
+ Attend trade shows and customer visits as directed to build rapport with current and prospect for leads
+ Create pre-call plans and document post call action plans, with all customer outreach
+ Ability to use and understand a CRM tool to gather sales data on the account
+ Read and understand sales data to assist with buying decisions
+ Monthly reporting to Regional Sales Manager on all accounts
+ Train and demonstrate all product and new product to the buyer/ buying team
+ Ability to recommend products to grow the brand at Trijicon
+ Assist the buyers with any administration work needed between both companies
+ Grow the relationship with the buyer/ buying team inside their organization
+ Provide pricing updates, vendor agreements, new product launches, return authorization assistance, and promotional planning
+ Maintain working knowledge of Trijicon products, competitors and the customer base.
+ Build out a budget for specific accounts
+ Provide assistance where required
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
+ 3+ years of inside sales and customer service experience with a demonstrated track record of exceeding quota or defined metrics
+ Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams
+ Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team
+ Tenacity to handle customer rejection and continue with a positive attitude
+ Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively
+ Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical information to audiences of varied backgrounds and disciplines
+ Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the yea4
+ Position is based in Wixom, Michigan
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in sales/marketing/communications; or 7+ years of equivalent experience
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding, follow detailed and uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete standardized situations.
