    Are you a strategic communicator with a passion for storytelling and brand integrity? Vanguard is seeking a dynamic Public Relations Representative to serve as a trusted spokesperson and communications advisor. In this role, you’ll shape and share the Vanguard story—building trust, protecting our reputation, and engaging audiences that matter most.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Be the Voice of Vanguard: Represent Vanguard in media interactions, respond to inquiries, and prepare leaders for public and media engagements.

    + Craft Impactful Strategies: Develop and execute public relations plans that align with business goals and resonate with diverse audiences—from clients and crew to media and government stakeholders.

    + Create Compelling Content: Write press releases, talking points, and other materials that are clear, engaging, and aligned with Vanguard’s brand standards.

    + Measure What Matters: Track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of PR efforts and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

    + Advise with Confidence: Provide expert counsel on media strategy, channel selection, and message development to ensure communications are timely, relevant, and effective.

    What It Takes:

    + 5+ years of experience in public relations or a related field.

    + A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

    + Proven ability to manage media relationships and deliver under pressure.

    + A collaborative mindset and a passion for purpose-driven work.
