    Join our dynamic e-commerce team as an E-Commerce Lister/Shipper II! In this role, you’ll research, list, photograph, and describe items for online sales, while also handling the secure packaging and shipment of sold items to customers.     Your Typical Day:

    + Represent Goodwill Southeast Georgia’s mission, vision, and values in all aspects of your work.

    + Sort, evaluate, and identify items of value for online sale.

    + Create accurate, detailed, and engaging item listings with clear, grammatically correct descriptions.

    + Research specialty items to maximize their exposure and value.

    + Follow listing procedures, assign numbers, and maintain organized storage areas for listed items.

    + Photograph items to showcase them effectively to potential buyers.

    + Communicate with customers via email to answer questions and resolve issues with professionalism and care.

    + Adhere to all established online sales procedures and standards.

    + Prepare sold items for safe and accurate shipment.

    + Consistently meet or exceed daily listing and/or shipping goals.

    + Receive and organize inventory efficiently.

    + Process incoming merchandise for listing and shipping.

    + Load boxes into trucks for shipment.

    + Ensure merchandise meets quality standards.

    + Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

    + Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and lifting equipment, ensuring proper and safe use

    + Collaborate and communicate positively with customers, coworkers, and leadership.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    + High school diploma or equivalent; e-commerce experience is a plus.

    + Comfortable with computers and online sales, payment, and shipping systems.

    + Experience using a digital or cell phone camera.

    + Strong photography skills to highlight product details.

    + Creative writing skills and excellent attention to detail.

    + Forklift certification required (training and certification provided).

    + Ability to learn quickly and retain information.

    + Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

    + Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb, and crawl as needed.

    + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

    + Ability to stand for extended periods
