    Projects:

    - Garage - Name entity recognition

     

    - Chatbot - this is the company's main chat bot, 3million users

     

    Work on cutting-edge projects in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI (Gen AI).

     

    Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-powered solutions for business-critical applications.

     

    Collaborate with a talented team of engineers and data scientists to push the boundaries of AI technology.

     

    Contribute to the architecture and scaling of AI systems and applications, ensuring robust performance and reliability.

     

    Drive the implementation of Gen AI and Agentic AI technologies to create intelligent workflows.

     

    Lead initiatives involving LLM training and the development of powerful AI models.

     

    Work with modern search technologies like BM25, BM42, and NER (Named Entity Recognition) to enhance AI capabilities.

     

    Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

     

    Ensure that solutions align with business objectives while focusing on scalability and maintainability.

     

    Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning technologies, integrating them into solutions where applicable.

     

    Skills

     

    Machine learning, Aws, BM25, NER, Python

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree (MS in Machine Learning preferred).

     

    3+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing.

     

    3+ years of experience with Python and its libraries for ML, NLP, AI, and Search technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, SpaCy, BM25, etc.).

     

    2+ years of experience with AWS services and cloud technologies for developing scalable AI solutions.

     

    2+ years of experience with SQL for data manipulation and querying.

     

    1+ year of experience with NER (Named Entity Recognition) and search technologies like BM25, BM42, etc.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $76.92/hr.
