_Heavy Equipment Operator – Site Prep & Grading_

**Location:** Bel Air, MD (Projects throughout Baltimore & surrounding areas)

**Pay:** $25–$27 per hour (based on experience)

**Schedule:** Full-Time | 40+ hours/week

Job Summary:

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring **Heavy Equipment Operators** for site development projects based out of **Bel Air, MD** . The ideal candidate will be experienced with **dozers, mini excavators, and skid steers** , and skilled in **fine grading** . Projects include **retaining wall prep, pond muck-outs** , and general excavation.

Job Duties:

+ Operate dozers, mini excavators, and skid steers safely and efficiently.

+ Perform fine grading for site preparation.

+ Muck out ponds and prepare sites for retaining wall installation. Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance.

+ Maintain clean and organized job sites and equipment.

+ Assist with general labor tasks as needed.

+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

+ Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.

Requirements:

+ 2–5 years of experience operating heavy equipment.

+ Strong fine grading skills.

+ Familiarity with site prep and excavation work.

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

+ Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical labor.

+ Must pass drug test and background check.

+ PPE required (hard hat, vest, steel toe boots).

Preferred Qualifications:

+ CDL Class A or B (a plus, but not required).

+ Experience with retaining wall prep and pond work.

+ Clean driving record.

+ OSHA 10/30 certification (preferred).
