    Job Title:** **Customer Service Representative (FBI BOC)

    **Job Summary:** EMCOR Government Services is seeking a **Customer Service Representative** who will provide superb customer service assistance in support of the Facility Logistics Services Division at the FBI Facilities in **Washington D.C.** This role is covered by the CBA for Local 99.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Respond to facility and logistics service requests from customers via phone, email and in person

    + Input service requests in the CAFM/FIT (Facilities Tool Integrated System) and created minor reports

    + Dispatch service call requests to various shops and to EGS/AFM Office Staff

    + Ensure the accurate and quality data is being entered into the system to include verification if required

    + Make follow up calls on urgent service requests

    + Immediately notify the Program Manager or Duty Supervisor on all urgent matters

    + Respond to parking requests received via phone, email and or in person

    + Generate parking requests after ensuring requestor has been approved by sending via email within accordance with the parking policy and procedure

    + Perform weekly parking inspections twice a week for any violations within the JEH Parking Garage

    + Respond to conference room reservation requests via, phone, email or in person and once requests has been confirm email requestor the confirmation information.

    Qualifications:

    + **Active Top Secret Clearance**

    + **Good customer service skills**

    + Must have strong oral, communication and interpersonal skills and possess computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

    + Ability to multi-task and follow instructions

    + Possess basic typing skills

    + Ability to adapt to changes

    Compensation Range: $27.91 / hr.
