    Job Title:** **Multi-Site Billing Coordinator

    **Location:** This role is onsite in our office located in Smyrna, GA and will require you to be onsite M-F during normal business hours.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Review completed work orders in the Coins OA system

    + Audit and verify quotes, mark-ups, and labor and material cost against work orders

    + Work with technicians and District Service Managers to verify questionable charges

    + Identify and communicate higher/lower than expected margins to management

    + Produce customer invoices timely and accurately

    + Reconcile billing data with 3 rd party customer work order portals

    + Interact with internal and external customers to resolve billing issues

    + Maintain billing schedules and customer profiles to meet customer needs

    + Participate in initial new customer set-up meetings

    + Collaborate with Service Coordinators, District Service Managers, and the Credit Department to maximize workflow efficiency

    + Other duties as required to facilitate the efficient flow of business and utilization of company resources

    + Advanced computer skills as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office and other web-based programs.

    + Strong work ethic is required.

    + Attention to Detail

    + Ability to communicate effectively; both verbally and in writing is necessary.

    + Demonstrate excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills.

    + Ability to complete multiple tasks with competing deadlines

    + Ability to be flexible, adapt to change and thrive in a hectic, fast paced environment.

    Qualifications:** **EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

     

    High School Diploma or GED AND 2 years work experience in an accounting, customer service and/or dispatch environment supporting customers, vendors and/or clients in multiple locations. Previous HVAC, Service and Repair or Facility Maintenance industry experience a plus.
