    We are seeking a dedicated Laser/Turret Team Member to join our team.

     

    In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating laser/turret equipment in accordance to quality and production standards.

    Shift Available: Second Shift 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Setting up and operating turret/laser equipment to cut metal components to print and MPE quality requirements.

    + Identifying raw materials, loading and unloading materials using manual lifts, overhead cranes, and forklifts.

    + Working and understanding Inspecvision scanner

    + Assemble and disassemble turret tooling correctly and sharpen tooling

    + Perform nozzle alignment and focus lens cleaning

    + Perform laser/punch zero coupon before the start of shift

    + Flexing to shakeout (part separation), deburring, hardware insertion or press brake operations based on workload.

    + Responsible for following all MPE safety policies.

    + Responsible for maintaining an organized workplace through good housekeeping efforts.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Experience and Training:

    + 6-18 Months running laser equipment

    + Must be able to read mechanical drawings and understand standard and metric dimensions.

    + Knowledge on the use of measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and height gauges

    Physical and Mental Demands:

    + Regularly required to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, operate machinery

    + Must be able to read and understand written instructions and blueprints

    + Specific abilities include measuring
