    + Step into classrooms as needed and deliver engaging instruction

    + Maintain a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

    + Use data to guide learning and track progress

    + Communicate regularly with families and staff

    + Collaborate with grade-level teams and grow through professional development

     
     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

    + Valid Wisconsin DPI license

    + Experience with the appropriate grade level preferred

    + Strong classroom management & instructional skills

    + A positive, student-first mindset
