District located in Columbia, SC

Position: RN School Nurse 25/26 SY

Start Date: 7/28/25

Length: 40 weeks, 25-26 school year

Shift: Monday-Friday | 37.5 Hrs/wk | Vary based on ES, MS or HS placements

The School Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of student/client care and/or contracted services in a school setting. The School Nurse may also be in a supervisory position within the contracted services. The School Nurse provides services in accordance with Amergis Healthcare’s philosophy, standards, policies and physician orders.

Classroom Openings/setting:

-Elementary, Middle and High School Openings (Possible float)

-Minimum 1 year experience working as an RN. No prior school nursing is required but is helpful. Pediatric experience is a plus.

-Must have reliable transportation be able to float as needed

Requirements/Credentials: SC RN License

W2 position employee with Amergis Staffing (Not the district), no after or before school responsibilities
