Salary: $25 / Hour

Pay: $18-21/hr (depends on experience)

The Special Education School Aide supports the instructional and behavioral goals of students with disabilities under the direction of certified special education staff. This role involves working closely with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning, assist with classroom management, and support students’ physical, emotional, and academic needs.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s degree or higher (preferred).

+ Experience working with children, especially those with special needs (preferred).

+ Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to student success.

+ Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.

+ Basic computer and communication skills.

+ Ability to lift and assist students as needed.
