A growing client of ours in NJ is looking for an experienced Facility Technician to join their manufacturing site. This opportunity has two great day shift options with competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systemInspect equipment and facilities regularly to spot and address issues

+ Troubleshoot and repair machinery used in daily operations

+ Assist with minor construction and facility upgrades

+ Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies

+ Respond promptly to maintenance and repair requests

+ Follow safety protocols and help keep the work area clean and organized

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

+ 1–2 years of maintenance or trade experience

+ Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

+ Skilled in equipment troubleshooting and repair

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

+ Effective communicator and team player

+ Able to work independently and manage time well

+ Physically able to lift and move heavy items

Day shift (M-F)

Pay: $30-33/hr
