DESCRIPTION
You will lead the **Revenue Growth Management** (RGM) practice, drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives, and provide advisory services to clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This role requires a **visionary leader** with extensive experience in **RGM** , strong **analytical** skills, and the ability to **manage cross-functional teams.**
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ **Strategic Leadership** : Develop and execute the overall RGM strategy, aligning with Acosta Group's business objectives and client needs.
+ **Client Engagement** : Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients, providing strategic advisory services and driving growth through RGM initiatives.
+ **Revenue Growth** : Identify and implement strategies to optimize pricing, trade, and mix management to drive client revenue growth.
+ **Team Leadership** : Lead and mentor a team of RGM professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
+ **Data Analysis and Insights** : Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
+ **Business Development** : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and increasing market share.
+ **Cross-functional Collaboration** : Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of RGM strategies.
+ **Thought Leadership** : Participate in industry thought leadership through trade associations and conferences, representing Acosta Group's RGM capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ **Education** : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
+ **Experience** : Minimum of 15 years of experience in RGM, finance, or a related field within the CPG industry. Proven track record of leading successful RGM initiatives and managing client relationships.
+ **Skills** : Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
+ **Leadership** : Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
