    The Manager Corporate Initiatives – Business Process Management is responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization by identifying, analyzing, and improving key business processes. The role will focus on the development and implementation of strategies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, increase efficiency, and deliver sustainable improvements that align with organizational goals. The role will also work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, support, and successful implementation of initiatives and that improvements are impactful, measurable and scalable.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    + Support cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

    + Identify areas of inefficiency across the organization and lead the efforts around process optimization initiatives to improve organizational performance

    + Facilitate the creation of detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

    + Enable project scope, budget, and timelines, identifying and mitigating potential risks.

    + Partner with Business Unit to document and map current-state critical business processes.

    + Drive process reengineering efforts by identifying opportunities for enhancement in existing workflows, designing new processes or modifying current ones

    + Collaborate with stakeholders and other project functional leads to incorporate automation and technological advancement and outsourcing opportunities as applicable.

    + Support teams to make process improvements or business change recommendations.

    + Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

    + Help teams identify success metrics and KPIs, and report on accomplishments

    + Drive and support change management.

    + Communicate effectively with senior leadership, project teams, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and address concerns.

    + Develop, manage, and implement project plans to achieve corporate and business unit goals and objectives.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    + Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and delivering measurable improvements.

    + Strong experience in process mapping, analysis, and reengineering.

    + Deep understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (certification preferred).

    + Experience with change management and driving organizational transformation.

    + Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects including scope, budget, and timelines.

    + Experience working with automation tools, technology solutions, or outsourcing strategies for efficiency gains.

    + Ability to develop and track KPIs and success metrics for initiatives.

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership.

    + Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across multiple business units.

    + Proficient in project management tools and techniques.

    + Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Excel.

    + Strong work ethic, resourceful, with the ability to be flexible and multi-task.

    Education and Background:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

    + 5-7 years of experience in business process improvement, operations, project management, or related discipline.

    + Multifamily experience preferred.
