    Job Summary:

    We are hiring a hardworking and reliable Contract Laborer to assist with manual labor tasks on a seasonal project in Rico, Colorado. This is an outdoor position involving heavy shoveling and physical work in mountainous terrain. Ideal candidates are dependable, and comfortable working in variable weather conditions at elevation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform extensive shoveling, digging, and clearing

    + Move, load, and unload materials

    + Maintain a clean and safe work area

    + Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team

    + Operate hand tools and basic equipment as needed

    + Follow all safety protocols and worksite procedures

    Requirements:

    + Ability to perform physically demanding labor for extended periods

    + Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly

    + Comfortable working outdoors in variable mountain weather

    + Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability required

    + Previous labor or construction experience preferred but not required

    + Must have reliable transportation to the job site in Rico, Colorado (shuttle provided in Cortez, CO)

    Schedule:

    + Full-time, Monday through Saturday

    Compensation:

    + $22 an hour

    + Per diem provided for food and housing
