    _Location: Minneapolis, MN | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Pay: $21–$23/hr_

    PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a skilled **Die Cutter** to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. In this critical role, you'll be hands-on in shaping high-quality components for a wide range of innovative products. With your precision and attention to detail, you'll help drive production quality and meet the needs of our growing client base. Your work doesn't just power our process—it shapes our reputation.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    Each day, you’ll play a key role in keeping our die cutting operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. From machine setup to final output, your experience and focus will ensure flawless execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Set up and adjust clam shell and semi-automatic die presses

    + Prepare and rubber dies for cutting operations

    + Install and configure stripping units

    + Inspect first cuts and get approvals before running full production

    + Identify and correct die cutting defects

    + Perform die alterations and routine machine maintenance

    + Use forklifts and other equipment to transport materials as needed

    + Communicate clearly with managers and team members regarding issues and progress

    + Adhere to safety and workplace policies at all times

    + Assist with other production operations or tasks as needed

     

    What You Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Technical knowledge of die cutting operations and equipment

    + Experience setting up and operating die presses

    + Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions

    + Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

    + Forklift operation experience or willingness to learn

    + Strong work ethic with focus and attention to detail

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Ability to direct or support teammates to improve workflow

    + Flexible mindset and willingness to move between jobs, classifications, or locations as needed

    + Demonstrated commitment to diversity and teamwork in the workplace

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
