Full-Time / DAY SHIFT

REMOTE: This position will work-from-home. However, successful candidate must live in Ohio

The Managed Care Contract Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial and operational data related to managed care contracts for Premier Health hospitals and physician organizations. The Liaison interprets and researches managed care contract language and methodologies. The Liaison is experienced with advanced and detailed financial analysis utilizing various and complex data sources. The Liaison t works with internal stakeholders and external payor representatives to ensure contract compliance and to resolve payment issues. The Liaison is involved with financial analysis related to the Premier contractual budget, revenue cycle performance and payor negotiations.

• Strong statistical and analytical skills – Proficient in Excel

• Strong organizational skills

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret contract language

• Ability to research, obtain and evaluate information, analyze problems and make appropriate recommendations and decisions in support of contract negotiations.

• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
