As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and qualifying candidates for open positions across the company. You will work closely with hiring managers, regional business partners and to understand their needs and identify the perfect fit for our dynamic culture.

Key Tasks

Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and job descriptions.

Create offer letters and initiate background checks per our policy

Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and cover letters to identify those that meet job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Schedule and manage the hourly interview process, including logistics and communication with candidates.

Assist in the development and execution of employer branding initiatives.

Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Your Background

Bachelors Degree preferred in Human Resources or Communications/Business related field

Outstanding judgment and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Flexibility, problem-solving, and team attitude.

Demonstrated time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities with shifting time frames and meet tight deadlines. Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow-through.

Demonstrated ability to work independently within the scope of responsibilities, with minimal supervision, and to foster a positive work environment.

Demonstrates high professionalism and an ongoing positive attitude and demeanor.

Exemplary organizational and time management skills (plans activities and manages resources).
