    Description:

    The CX-Hub program utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide a seamless and efficient customer experience for our dealers and customers. As a Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying, and documenting defects, and collaborating with the development team to ensure the highest quality product.Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, covering positive, negative, and alternative flows. Identify and document software defects and quality risks, and work with the development team to resolve them. Experience testing within Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience writing and running automated test scripts using C# and Selenium. Develop automation scripts, test, debug and execute. Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely summarize key findings for management. Ability to independently drive projects to completion and work within the full software development life cycle. Understanding of CRM functionalities and experience working with GitHub. Experience coordinating test activities with project teams. Ability to track defects and assign them to the appropriate team for resolution. Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance. Familiarity with Jira for project management and task tracking.

    Skills Required:

    + Microsoft CRM C# and Selenium. JIRA CI/CD Automation Testing

    Skills Preferred:

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Experience Required:

    + Hands on experience with CRM with CI/CD pipeline. Hand on experience with Jira integration with Easy Repro libraries Minimum 9 years of experience in software testing, including experience with CRM systems..

    Experience Preferred:

    + Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.

    + Proven experience writing and running automated test scripts using C# and Selenium.

    + Develop automation scripts, test, debug and execute.

    + Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, covering positive, negative, and alternative flows.

    Education Required:

    + Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
