Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $40 - $40 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Maintenance Manager:

+ Perform daily outdoor lawn care and grounds maintenance

+ Conduct routine and emergency maintenance of small engines and related equipment

+ Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs as needed

+ Complete painting and general upkeep of buildings and facilities

+ Supervise and coordinate both indoor and outdoor maintenance operations

+ Manage maintenance staff and daily task schedules

+ Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly used and maintained

+ Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

+ Minimum 5 years of general maintenance experience

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance management or supervisory role preferred

+ Associate Degree or completion of a relevant trade school program

+ Strong mechanical skills; ability to diagnose and repair various mechanical issues

+ Experience with small engine repair, electrical systems, and basic plumbing

+ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

+ Valid Driver's License: Required due to equipment use and potential site travel

+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods outdoors

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
