Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $57 - $57 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Sales Manager:

+ Manage and grow sales of TPMS and tire repair supply products across assigned channels

+ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets

+ Identify and cultivate relationships with national auto parts retailers, distributors, tire service shops, and automotive repair centers

+ Drive business development efforts to expand product reach in the mid-tier market

+ Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to promote TPMS product line

+ Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive products to provide feedback to internal teams

+ Regularly travel to visit customers and attend industry events, trade shows, or meetings

+ Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals

+ Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline reviews for senior leadership

Job requirements:

+ Proven experience in sales management and business development, ideally in the tire repair consumables or automotive aftermarket industry

+ Strong understanding of TPMS systems and tire repair supply channels

+ Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships effectively

+ History of meeting or exceeding sales targets

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

+ Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

+ Experience with companies such as Bartec USA, Schrader TPMS Solutions, ATEQ, Myers Tire Supply, or Autel TPMS is a plus but not required

+ Ability and willingness to travel frequently

+ Background check and drug screening required
