Responsibilities:

+ Post-Construction Cleaning : Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties after construction, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.

+ Power Washing : Utilize a power washer to clean exterior surfaces, including driveways, patios, and siding, ensuring a pristine finish.

+ Debris Removal : Remove construction debris, including scraps, packaging, and other materials left behind.

+ Detail Work : Pay close attention to detail, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.

+ Safety Compliance : Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning equipment and handling cleaning supplies.

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in construction cleaning or a related field is preferred.

+ Must own a power washer and have experience using it effectively.

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

+ Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and in varying weather condition

+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
