_Responsibilities:_

+ Repair and replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools

+ Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run at expected operational levels

+ Inspect forklifts; perform routine maintenance using checklists

+ Use variety of tools to include hand and power tools to include: hammers, saws, drills, and wrenches, and electrical testing devices

+ Assemble, install and/or repair wiring, electrical components, plumbing, machinery conveyors/PLC and equipment

+ Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them

+ Inspect , operate, and test machinery and equipment in order to diagnose machine malfunctions

+ Record maintenance and repair work performed

+ Clean and lubricate moving parts of equipment and/or machinery

+ Operate cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts

+ Applicants should have experience working in a warehouse environment and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, powered industrial equipment and dock plates

Requirements

+ High school diploma required

+ Previous warehouse experience a plus

+ Must have a minimum of one years’ experience working in maintenance in a warehouse environment

+ Experience using tools wide range of hand and power tools based on safety regulations that have been established

+ Previous experience repairing equipment

+ Must be able to work in a team environment; good communications skills a must

+ Self-starter with the ability to multi-task

+ Ability to work in a fast past environment and change direction of tasks quickly

+ Must work in environment with variations in temperatures and be able to work for an entire shift

+ Ability to squat, push, pull and lift (up to 50 lbs.) with or without reasonable accommodations

+ Perform all tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner

+ Some travel may be required to assist in supporting other branches.

_Bunzl Reno Salary Range of $38.46-$43.26 per hour is based on experience, education and geographic location._
