    The Opportunity:

    As a CACI SOF OSINT Targeting analyst, you will be responsible for conducting advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources. OSINT Analysts shall interface with the Intelligence Community to product intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT, and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates. You will fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.

    Qualifications:

    _Required:_

    + Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

    + Minimum of 12 years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.

    + Three years of combined experience to include:

    + PAI research to identify available systems and data sources

    + Producing collections requirements and assessments

    + Conducting search in a digital environment

    + PAI data, platforms and technologies

    + Geo-enabled PAI

    + Deep/Dark web

    + Three years of experience working with Berber Hunter Tool Kit (BHTK)

    + NERD or OS301/302 graduate, or equivalent required

    + Three years of experience with PAI support to operations and intelligence productions and support to intelligence targeting.

    + Trained in the following PAI Tier I&II courses or related training:

    + Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) OSINT awareness training

    + DIA Tier I managed attribution training

    + DIA intelligence oversight training

    + SOCOM intelligence oversight training

    + CENTCOM intelligence oversight training

    + Tier II MAS training (SILO)

    + Identity Management Operator Course (IMOC) or comparable course

    + Attribution Signature User Training (ASUT) or comparable course

    + Advanced Social Media Analysis Course (ASMAC) or comparable course

     

    This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $78,000 - $163,800
