    Legrand has an exciting opportunity for anInside Sales Project Managerto join theLighting Sector Kenall Teamin Kenosha, WI.The Inside Sales Project Manager plays a critical role in managing lighting projects from initial inquiry through final delivery for OEM and our agents. This position combines technical sales support, customer service, and project coordination to ensure a seamless experience for OEM customers and agents. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of lighting systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for selling lighting solution for large projects.

     

    What Will You Do?

     

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and sales representatives throughout the project lifecycle.

    + Manage multiple lighting projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.

    + Prepare and follow up on quotes, submittals, and order acknowledgments.

    + Coordinate with internal departments including engineering, purchasing, and logistics to ensure project requirements are fulfilled.

    + Track project milestones and proactively communicate updates to clients and stakeholders.

    + Resolve issues related to product availability, lead times, and technical specifications.

    + Support the outside sales team with technical documentation and customer communications.

    + Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + 3+ years of experience in inside sales, project management, or customer service—preferably in the lighting, electrical, or construction industry.

    + Strong understanding of lighting products, specifications, and applications.

    + Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP software, and project management tools.

    + Ability to read and interpret architectural and electrical drawings is a plus.

    + Detail-oriented with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.

    + Desire to sell and grow the business.
