Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science is seeking an Certified Nurse Midwife to join our established practice in Astoria, Oregon.

As an CNM with CMH, you will join an evidenced based practice in a thriving and supported environment. We offer an exceptionally collaborative practice where comprehensive, quality time with patients is a priority.

Practice Details

+ A four-day work week.

+ Mix of both obstetrics and gynecology.

+ Shared call, OB-GYN back.

+ Patient population specifically expressing desire for midwifery care.

+ Collaborative, interdisciplinary team focused on helping patients feel safe and heard.

+ Guaranteed base salary with annual quality incentives.

+ Hiring incentives including commencement bonus and relocation.

Required Qualifications

+ Master’s of Nursing

+ ACNM, AMCB, or ACC certification as a nurse-midwife.

+ Ability to obtain active license with Oregon State Board of Nursing

+ DEA Certificate

+ Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.

+ Two years of clinical practice experience, preferred.
