Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented **Inventory Integrity Supervisor** based at our **Berea, KY** location.
What you will do:
+ Supervise and support the daily activities of the inventory integrity team, including coaching, performance management, and staffing decisions.
+ Oversee material allocation and planning across multiple facilities to meet production schedules and reduce working capital.
+ Drive root-cause analysis of inventory variances; collaborate with management, plant teams, and suppliers to develop corrective actions.
+ Monitor and maintain compliance with cycle count program standards; lead regular physical counts and reconciliation efforts through SAP.
+ Develop and maintain audit-ready documentation for both internal and external inventory reviews.
+ Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development efforts within your team.
+ Complete and respond to mini-count requests for parts with on-hand discrepancies, phase-outs, and ECN-related changes.
+ Serve as the facility lead for inventory management and controls, ensuring consistent application of processes and accountability across teams.

What you will need:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Logistics.
+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on production, materials, or inventory integrity.
Skills, Experience & Abilities
+ Deep understanding of inventory management, planning parameters, and forecasting.
+ Proficient with Power BI, SAP, PMRS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Proven leadership in cross-functional, matrixed environments and experience managing projects across diverse teams.
