Position Summary
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager role is responsible for developing and managing lifecycle communications to maximize customer value. The successful candidate for this role will be a builder, passionate about setting a roadmap for improving lifecycle marketing capabilities with a primary focus on email functionality while also managing day-to-day projects executing email marketing campaigns. This role is also a key partner to ensure that we are fully utilizing the capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and developing and implementing plans for increased marketing automation. Channels for lifecycle will include but not be limited to email, website, and direct mail.
Scope of Responsibilities
+ Evaluate existing lifecycle marketing strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.
+ Lead development of lifecycle marketing plans to enhance customer experience and increase customer lifetime value in collaboration with Product Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to achieve overall business objectives.
+ In partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors, be a key leader in enhancing our lifecycle marketing capabilities through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, identifying, and implementing ways to automate and personalize our lifecycle communications.
+ In collaboration with Product Marketing leads and Creative Services partners, build email campaigns end to end including email design and content layout through to deployment and monitoring/measurement.
+ Evaluate, create and manage marketing journeys (onboarding, retention, trigger) within SFMC, and other platforms, as required.
+ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor, analyze, and report to Marketing team and key stakeholders, focused on identifying insights and optimization opportunities.
+ Analyze performance metrics of lifecycle marketing messages and recommend/implement lifecycle marketing changes based on the unique needs and behaviors of each segment.
+ Evaluate email tools and platforms to make recommendations for how to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
+ For email campaign execution, manage and continuously improve QA process to ensure audience and messaging accuracy.
+ Develop new capabilities and channels for lifecycle marketing including A/B Testing and evaluation of SMS channel.
+ Participate in evaluating existing email tools and platform to determine the best fit for our needs and integration with other systems to maximize efficiency.
+ Responsible for developing Annual Lifecycle Marketing Plans.
+ All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor’s degree with preference for Business, Marketing, Finance, or related degree is required for this role.
+ 7-10 years of demonstrated experience in marketing, digital marketing, and/or marketing related roles.
+ Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement platform
+ Experience with project management platforms, ideally Workfront
+ Proficient in HTML coding, CSS, and email content builders. Ability to edit code in order to optimize layout and functionality per email best practices and in alignment with brand guidelines.
+ Ability to think strategically and analytically, while balancing project management and execution.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects effectively, clearly articulating project goals, roles and responsibilities and project timelines.
+ Ability to articulate vision and ideas via PowerPoint with strong communication skills, both written and presentation/verbal.
+ Proven ability to influence key stakeholders, informed and supported by data.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and interest in learning additional systems and software platforms including project management, bank core system software for report export and analysis as needed.
+ Experience managing relationships with vendors and agencies to support achievement of marketing goals.
+ Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building capabilities and innovation.
NICE TO HAVE
+ Experience in financial services or related industry an asset, but not a necessity.
+ Familiarity with additional analytics platforms (i.e. Power BI and Marketing Cloud Intelligence)

This role allows for a combination of remote and in-office work, with occasional visits to the office based on business needs. Specific in-office days may vary and will be discussed during the interview process.
Compensation & Benefits:
Byline Bank offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.
The salary range for this position is between $100,000-$125,000
In addition, Byline provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, paid time off and much more! Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include discretionary bonuses and other benefit programs. The actual compensation package may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience level, and candidate's location.
