What You'll Be Doing

+ Operate and maintain equipment to support plant operations

+ Perform general clean-up and housekeeping duties across the facility

+ Assist with routine inspections and minor maintenance tasks

+ Support production teams with material handling and loading

+ Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

What Are We Looking For

+ Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow procedures

+ Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take initiative

+ Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

+ Comfortable working in physically demanding and outdoor environments

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

+ Must meet all company safety and compliance requirements

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
