    **Title:** Software Engineer II

    **Job Location:** One M&T Plaza, Buffalo, NY 14203.

    **Job Description:** Provides designs and specifies information systems solutions, offering highly technical direction in the development of new or existing applications to solve basic to complex problems or enhancements. Serves as a principal application designer for major modifications, effectively utilizing analytical and technical skills, along with available technology and tools, in evaluating client requirements and processes. Provides technologically sound solutions, often completing day-to-day support activities and special projects. Directs and monitors the activities of less experienced personnel. Works closely with Business System Analysts, Software Developers, Software Testers, and Database Administrators to visualize technology software. Reviews business requirements and assesses and manages the data, analytics, and performance of systems supporting the BSA/AML program in collaboration with IT. Utilizes NICE Actimize AML solutions such as SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring) and WLF (Watch List Filtering). Works on ActOne Designer to enable configuration for Alerts and Reports, and defines workflows configurations. Utilizes Server Monitor to access running jobs and logs to check status. Works with Visual Modeler application to provide GUI interface access to one or more instances of the AIS server and create execution plans. Handles maintenance cleanup jobs for AVA Servers. Develop and support AVA reports for multiple lines of business. Configure and maintain multiple Actimize SAM Simulation environments. Works in AGILE methodology and implementation projects. Uses Jira Kanban Boards to monitor work in progress.

    **Minimum requirements:** Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Tableau Developer or related occupation. Requires five (5) years of experience with each of the following: Actimize RCM Designer or Actimize ActOne Designer; Actimize Visual Modeler (4.x); Actimize Suspicious Activity monitoring (SAM); Actimize Visual Analytics (AVA); Tableau; Tableau Reader; Tableau Server; Tableau Public; Tableau Prep; SQL; PL/SQL; Oracle 12c/19c; SQL-Server; Linux; and Shell script.

    **Salary:** $143,666 - $150,500
