    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to support one of our clients in Indianapolis, Indiana. The CI Analyst is embedded within the value stream to identify performance trends, drive corrective actions, and support structured problem-solving. This role partners closely with supervisors, planners, and operators to uncover the root causes of recurring issues and ensure that process fixesnot just people fixesare implemented and sustained. The CIA is a hands-on, data-driven change agent with deep knowledge of shop floor execution and the discipline to follow problems through to resolution.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, or equivalent experience in manufacturing.

     

    3+ years in production, operations analysis, or CI roles.

     

    Strong working knowledge of manufacturing metrics and execution

     

    Proficient with Excel, basic data visualization tools, and MRP systems (SAP S4 preferred). DOD experience null
