**💵 Pay:** $15.00 – $23.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

**🕒 Schedule:** Full-Time | Immediate Openings Available

• Responsibilities:

+ Assist with various construction tasks including site prep, cleanup, and material handling

+ Operate hand and power tools

+ Load and unload materials

+ Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

+ Support skilled trades as needed

• Requirements:

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

+ Reliable transportation to and from job sites

+ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

+ Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required
