    Our client, a leading player in the interactive entertainment industry, is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst (Audience Development Analyst) to join their team. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will be part of the Analytics department supporting the Marketing Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for data-driven decision-making, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Marketing Data Analyst (Audience Development Analyst)

     

    Pay Range: $40-45 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Own focused reporting across major publishing and game release beats.

    + Standardize data formats, tagging, and frameworks across teams and systems.

    + Aid in the creation and execution of regularly scheduled deliverables.

    + Ensure program KPIs are integrated in reporting outputs and performance goals are socialized across franchise groups.

    + Partner with the analyst team to ensure overall deliverable quality and reporting is rooted in tangible, quantitative insights.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 3+ years’ data analysis experience in media planning, social media management, and/or digital marketing research.

    + Demonstrated experience in Project Management.

    + Deep understanding of current social/video platform landscape and content archetypes.

    + Experience driving social listening programs and developing involved topic queries.

    + Proficient in Microsoft/Google productivity suites (Ex. Excel/Sheets, Powerpoint/Slides).
