This role is responsible for addressing and resolving issues, escalating matters as needed to ensure timely and effective solutions.

    + Perform administrative tasks related to daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination across departments

    + Process and manage vendor purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timely tracking

    + Provide support for unbilled voicing processes by ensuring billing work orders are completed accurately and promptly for customers

    + Oversee the receiving of direct-shipped waste to third-party facilities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance

    + Generate and maintain necessary paperwork, including manifests and bills of lading (BOL), for shipping and waste management

    + Complete other tasks and duties as assigned

    + Basic computer and math skills

    + Strong written and verbal communication abilities

    + Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to perform physical tasks as required by the position

    + Successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and physical (based on position requirements)

    + 3 -5 years of relevant experience in a similar support or administrative role
