    Overview

    Position Summary:

    Primary responsibility includes receiving, put-away and shipping of inventory; inclusive of maintaining accurate inventory within the warehouse and system, ensuring a clean and organized work and inventory area, and mentoring/training new associates.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Receive IB inventory; identify and record damages upon receipt.

    + Put-away inventory in the appropriate physical location within warehouse in a timely and organized manner.

    + Ship OB inventory based on Transfer requests to Branches and/or Service Technicians.

    + Perform cycle counts as requested.

    + Maintain the inventory space in a clean and organized manner.

    + Support warehouse inventory inquiries.

    + Identify, analyze, and resolve open PO's/Transfers.

    + Review and analyze receiving and shipping reports, as necessary.

    + Timely submission of Warranty/Guarantee on parts, where appropriate.

    + Work in a safe manner and perform all duties within government safety regulations and company safety policies.

    + May mentor and/or train newer Parts Workers.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    What we’re looking for

    **Required Knowledge, Skills, and** **Abilities** :

    + Attention to detail.

    + Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy warehouse and delivery environment.

    + Flexibility and continuous improvement focused team player.

    + Effective oral and written communications. Ability to read, interpret and understand documents such as: safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

    + Able to work flexible hours.

    + Basic computer, smart phone, and tablet skills.

    Required Education and Experience:

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent GED.

    + 1-3 years warehouse (receiving, shipping, inventory) experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
