This Role:
The Senior Systems Support Analyst’s role is to ensure consistent deployment and stable operation of the corporate systems, network, and security posture. This involves supporting, planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing solutions across the enterprise. A successful candidate will analyze and resolve complex end-user hardware and software issues while empowering the greater Systems Support Team.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and associated training plans for system resource administration, appropriate use, and systems recovery
+ Support the Infrastructure Team in maintaining systems security and compliance standards
+ Assist in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Entra ID, Intune, AD, SharePoint, Power Platform, among other Microsoft 365 services
+ Conduct research on applications/system products, services, protocols, and setup standards in support of infrastructure development efforts
+ Ensure endpoints are deployed following required security procedures and standards
+ Administration of equipment, hardware, software upgrades, and patching
+ Administration of Identity and Access management pertaining to user account provisioning and role-based access control procedures
+ Monitor and test infrastructure performance, providing performance statistics and reports
+ Recommend, schedule, and perform infrastructure improvements, upgrades, and repairs
+ Apply strong security principles to daily operations, such as least privilege and secure by design
+ Provide technical leadership to the System Support team and act as a liaison to the Systems Admin and Engineering teams

Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
+ Infrastructure and security certifications are a plus (e.g., CCNA, Security+, Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS)
+ 3-5+ years of experience in IT administration, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, specifically: Entra ID, AD, Intune, and SharePoint
+ Demonstrated experience solving problems at scale and automating solutions
+ Hands-on experience with Azure services, virtual machines, storage, networking, and security
+ Knowledge of Active Directory and hybrid identity with Entra ID, including group policy, Intune configuration profiles, user management, and directory services
+ Experience with DevOps tools and practices such as CI/CD pipelines, Git, Terraform, and Ansible
+ Experience with monitoring and performance management tools
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Ability to participate in on-call support as needed
+ Deep technical knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Operating systems (Server and Endpoint)
+ Proficiency with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and other scripting languages for deploying automated solutions
+ Proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate)
+ Functional understanding of Git, version-control and modern deployment practices
+ Understanding of applicable data privacy practices and laws
+ Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think clearly and effectively in high pressure scenarios
+ Excellent interpersonal communication skills and an aptitude for continued learning.
+ Strong documentation and knowledge sharing skills
+ Highly detailed and process oriented with ability to effectively prioritize, delegate and execute tasks
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
+ Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
+ Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
+ Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
+ Dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and handle computer components
Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripheral
