Description We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Senior Partner to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is fully remote, though candidates based in Toms River, New Jersey, or nearby areas are preferred. You will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts, handling high-volume hiring needs, and providing innovative solutions to meet organizational staffing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including advertising and outreach programs, to attract top talent.

• Source and engage candidates across various platforms, including social media networks, to build a strong talent pipeline.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles ranging from entry-level to executive positions, ensuring a seamless process.

• Handle high-volume hiring demands, managing up to 40 job requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.

• Provide guidance and training to hiring managers and employees on recruitment best practices, compliance, and career planning.

• Track and document recruitment activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with hiring teams to identify skill gaps and recommend enhancements to recruitment strategies.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems, such as Avature, to streamline recruitment processes and maintain candidate data.

• Lead efforts to create innovative and efficient solutions for complex hiring challenges.

• Serve as a role model and mentor within the team, fostering collaboration and upholding company values. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition; a combination of education and experience will also be considered.

• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment, handling up to 40 requisitions at a time.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, with experience in Avature highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Proven ability to analyze and solve complex recruitment challenges through innovative thinking.

• Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with recruiting for engineering and maintenance roles, such as building engineers and technicians, is a plus.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
