Description We are in the market for a Commercial Lender to strengthen our team in Marinette, Wisconsin. As a Commercial Lender, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities within the banking and finance industry, with a focus on loan administration and banking transactions. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the loan administration process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

• Handle a variety of loans including commercial, consumer, secured and unsecured loans.

• Manage banking services and transactions, ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience.

• Implement financial strategies and solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

• Provide expertise in mortgage banking and financing, guiding customers through the lending process.

• Utilize your skills in finance to analyze credit applications and make informed lending decisions.

• Maintain up-to-date customer credit records, monitoring accounts and taking appropriate action where necessary.

• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Contribute to our team's success by continually improving processes and offering innovative solutions. Requirements • Proven experience in Banking Services and handling Banking Transactions

• Solid understanding of Finance and Loan Administration

• Demonstrated expertise in Loans, both Commercial and Consumer

• Experience in managing Secured and Unsecured Loans

• Proficiency in Mortgage Banking and Mortgage Financing - Lending

• Ability to analyze financial data and comprehend market trends

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure

• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals

• Familiarity with industry compliance and regulatory standards.
