Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Ecommerce Specialist to manage and optimize our clients Shopify Plus ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-store environment and has a deep understanding of Shopify’s capabilities, apps, and integrations. You will not be expected to code or develop, but rather to operate, scale, and enhance the ecommerce experience across multiple storefronts.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage and optimize multiple Shopify Plus storefronts for various organizations.

+ Leverage Shopify apps and tools to improve efficiency, product management, and scalability.

+ Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure visually compelling and brand-aligned storefronts.

+ Partner with marketing to plan and execute sales campaigns throughout the year.

+ Build and maintain templated processes for launching new stores and onboarding new clients.

+ Ensure seamless integration with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks) and other operational tools.

+ Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to drive growth and streamline operations.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Proven experience managing Shopify Plus stores, especially in a multi-store environment.

+ Strong understanding of Shopify apps, integrations, and ecommerce best practices.

+ Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, operations).

+ Ability to create scalable systems and processes for ecommerce growth.

+ Familiarity with accounting integrations and ecommerce operations tools.

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in sports retail, team apparel, or custom product ecommerce.

+ Background in sales planning or ecommerce marketing strategy.

+ Understanding of custom product bundling and personalization workflows.
