Description We are looking for a dedicated Financial Crimes Compliance Senior Analyst to join our team in Blue Ash, Ohio. In this role, you will contribute to delivering high-quality compliance solutions for global clients while collaborating within a dynamic team environment. The position is ideal for individuals passionate about financial crimes compliance and eager to enhance business processes and technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and assess data and transactional information to identify suspicious or unusual activities related to anti-money laundering.
• Conduct internal system searches, open-source media reviews, and negative news checks to compile comprehensive client profiles.
• Prepare detailed observations and documentation using standardized templates, recommending further actions as needed.
• Create project status reports summarizing accomplishments, challenges, and next steps for stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide analysts at the beginning of their careers, providing feedback to ensure the accuracy and quality of their work.
• Review project deliverables, including agendas, reports, and dashboards, ensuring they meet client expectations.
• Communicate findings and project updates effectively to team management and clients.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Requirements • Strong expertise in anti-money laundering (AML) and financial crimes compliance processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) and AML typologies.
• Experience in conducting detailed investigations and preparing thorough reports.
• Ability to mentor and lead less experienced team members effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data.
• Commitment to continuous learning and skill development in compliance-related areas.
