Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and execute all aspects of our supply chain operations—from procurement and planning to logistics, shipping/receiving, and customer-facing activities. This is a pivotal role on our team, with high visibility and impact across the organization. This position is based in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.

What You’ll Do:

+ Own the full supply chain lifecycle (“cradle to grave”) with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

+ Lead purchasing, production planning, inventory management, and logistics

+ Oversee shipping/receiving operations and ensure seamless coordination with customer service teams

+ Serve as a strategic leader while staying hands-on and detail-oriented—someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For:

+ Proven leadership experience in supply chain or operations roles

+ Background in automotive or manufacturing environments strongly preferred

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand setting

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Supply Chain Management role or similar

• Proficient in using CRM and ERP solutions to manage supply chain operations

• Strong understanding of the logistics and manufacturing industry

• Proven track record in project management and KPI reporting

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Experience in using SAP and AS400 systems

• Ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies

• Experience in production control and scheduling

• Comfortable working with raw material inventory

• Proven leadership skills with experience in leading team meetings and nurturing team development

• Knowledgeable about the specific demands and nuances of supply chain logistics.
